Shipping and returnsShow

Please allow 3-4 business days for shipment. Tracking details are emailed once your package ships.
Used products are sold as-is and are not eligible for return.
New products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund if unopened and in original packaging.
Defective items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, and we cover return shipping.
For all non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom orders are non-returnable.
Defective claims require photos, videos, and your order number.
Refused shipments are treated as returns and may be refunded after inspection, less outbound/return shipping and any carrier fees.
Lost shipments are investigated through the carrier claim process; approved claims are resolved with a replacement or refund.
Damaged-in-transit claims should be reported promptly with packaging photos and order details so we can file with the carrier.
