- New products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund if unopened and in original packaging.
- Defective items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, and we cover return shipping.

- Defective claims require photos, videos, and your order number.
- Refused shipments are treated as returns and may be refunded after inspection, less outbound/return shipping and any carrier fees.
